The following tour outlines how simple it is to create new website content within Infusion, review the content and publish it to your web site. This simple 4 step publishing process demonstrates how easy it is to keep your website content up-to-date with no reliance on technical skills or an outsourced web designer. If you are both the approver and publisher of your website then this process is reduced to a 3 step process as the need for reviewing content is removed. It is important to keep in mind that the Infusion software is a copy of the 'Live Site' which is the website your clients view. Not until content has gone through the following 4 steps, within the Infusion software, will it appear on the Live Site.

Log into infusion using your very own user name and password. Each user can have different permissions for editing, from authors, to publishers to full control!

1) Create a new page

Creating new pages is so easy with Infusion. Just select the navigation authoring Icon and you can add new pages by link to existing content or using existing page template layouts to create new content.

2) Author content

The Infusion content authoring tool has everything but the kitchen sink! Edit your web page using nearly all the same tools you would find in your favourite word processor. 

3) Approve Content

Make sure that staff are placing the correct information on the website using Infusions simple one step approval workflow. You can easily set security to ensure that you are automatically notified and can review content before it is published (released to the live site)  

4) Publish Content

So now you have all your content ready to hit the Internet, what do you need to do next to publish the content to the live site?

        Login to your FTP?
        Setup IIS?
        Call your IT guys and wait till they get time to upload your changes?
